Quebec Whale Watching Tour - September 29 - October 3, 2027 - Single Occupancy

Cancellation Procedure:                                                       

Contact Franklin Tours immediately if you find it necessary to cancel your reservation.     

*Cancellation Penalties: Multi-day Tours can be cancelled up to 46 days prior to departure: no penalty, at 45-31 days' prior 50% 30days or less, 100% of the tour price is forfeited.                          

All tours are non-refundable or transferable after departure.                                                               

*Prices include transportation, accommodation and all specified inclusions (e.g. meals, attractions, luggage handling, and tickets) and all taxes on multi-day tours.  All prices are in Canadian dollars.                                                                        

*Prices are based on costs and conditions in effect at the time of deposit and could be subject to change due to fluctuation in exchange rates and fuel cost prior to final payment.                                                                       

*No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full.                                                           

*If the total price of the travel service is increased and the cumulative increase, except any increase resulting from an increase in retail sales tax of federal goods and services tax, is more than 7%, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.                                                            

*Out of Province/Country Medical Insurance, Cancellation and/or Interruption Insurance are not included in any of our tours but is strongly recommended for all multi-day tours.
