How do I get my tickets?

Tickets will be handed out on the bus the day of the trip.

Do I get to pick my seat?

Seats on the Bus are a first come first serve basis, Theatre tickets etc. are dispursed according to order of booking.

Does the coach have a washroom?

Yes our coach buses have a washroom.  On most tours we also make break stops.

Will the weather affect my tour?

Weather does not affect tours, so please dress appropriately and plan for changes in weather.

Are there any restrictions when purchasing tickets?

U.S. tours are restricted to those who have a passport valid for 6 months from the date of travel.  
Please note the purchase of medical insurance is highly recommended if leaving the province. We do not currently sell travel insurance.

Do you sell Medical and or cancellation Insurance?

Franklin tours does not sell medical or cancellation insurance, we do strongly suggest you reach out to your insurance company, Bank or memberships that offer such insurances.

If I book a tour alone will I need to share a seat on the bus?

Yes, you may have to sit next to someone on the bus.  Bus tours are a great way to meet new people!

Are itineraries subject to changes?

All itineraries are subject to change. Franklin Tours will make every attempt to include all sites mentioned within this itinerary.  Circumstances beyond our control such as lines, traffic, closures, weather, natural disasters and late arrivals can cause changes in itinerary. All timing, except scheduled appointments, is approximate. Franklin Tours  assumes no liability for itinerary changes or exclusions.

Can I bring food and drink on the coach?

Yes you can bring food and drink on the coach with you.  We ask that you do not leave garbage on the bus.
