All tours are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to departure, less a small administrative fee to cover cost of refund.

45 days or less prior to departure tours are non refundable but are transferable up to the day of departure.

All tours are non-refundable and non-transferable after time of departure.

Price increases are permitted prior to final payment. No price increases are permitted after the customer has paid in full. If the total price of the travel service is increased and the cumulative increase, except any increase resulting from am increase in HST, is more than 7%, the customer has the right to cancel the contract and obtain a full refund.
